You are planning a retreat. You’ve landed in the right spot. With over 65 years of helping groups, just like yours, plan and implement a GREAT event, you don’t have to worry that your group won’t be thrilled with the event.

Three Steps to a GREAT Event

1. Choose Your Dates

  • Pick the dates of your event or a time frame that would work for your group.

2. Contact Us

  • Give us a call to talk about your event. Our phone number is (402) 628-6455

  • Send us an email with a short description of your event and some possible dates. We’ll respond by email as soon as we can. Our email is calvincrest@calvincrest.org

  • Click the link to fill out a form to schedule a tour of the facility and to talk with one of our knowledgeable staff about your event.

3. Send in Paperwork

  • After we get the necessary information about your event, we’ll put together a plain-language contract and send that to you. Review it carefully.

  • After you review the contract, please sign it and return it to the Calvin Crest office within 30 days along with your deposit.

  • About a month before your event, we request an update on your event including number of participants, dietary restrictions and a confirmation of the space you’ll use. We send out a form for you to review and return.
