There are two ways to apply.
1. Apply online. Once we receive your application, we will email you the other forms necessary to complete your application including a background check release form, reference forms, and Staff Covenant.
2. Download the Paid Summer Staff Application and Reference Form. Complete the application and return it to Calvin Crest. Distribute the Reference Forms to two individuals (not family members) who know you well and have them complete the form and return it to Calvin Crest.
