Register for Summer Camp online and save time.  

Please fill out the information requested below.  Click the 'Submit Form ' button at the bottom of the form to send us your registration. Repeat as often as needed to register multiple campers or to register a camper for multiple weeks. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your registration.  Follow up information will be sent to you.

 By typing your name in the registration form, you agree to the following:

My child has permission to take part in all Calvin Crest activities, and I will not hold Calvin Crest or its staff responsible for accidents, claims and damages arising therefrom.  I authorize Calvin Crest to take such action as is deemed necessary for the care, welfare and health of my child, including the giving of consent for medical treatment.  I also give Calvin Crest permission to use any photographs/video of my child taken in future promotion of Calvin Crest.
